About the courses...
President Country Club is welcome you to one of Thailand's most exciting championship golf courses. As is the case with so many of Bangkok's courses, great accuracy is needed to avoid the water hazards that run along almost every fairway. This 36-hole course has been uniquely designed by world-class golf course architect Robert Trent Jones known to be the "father of environmental golf course design". Jones's designs have been ranked among the best in the world.
Even the par-three are some of the most difficult holes in Bangkok--they may be short but great accuracy is needed to keep out of the deep bunkers. The enormous clubhouse is also guaranteed to cater for all tastes.
At first sight the fairways may appear wide, but placing your drive in the correct position to attack the flag is a major factor to scoring well at President. The tough wiry Bermuda rough, it found, often force the golfer to play a less aggressive shot. Most greens are well protected by deep greenside bunkers and getting up and down is no simple task.
